The Issue

Every human life matters.

Right now, the Supreme Court has cleared the way for the Trump administration to deport immigrants to countries they’ve never been to, even if they face torture, persecution, or death.

This ruling lets the government send people who can’t return to their home countries to unfamiliar, dangerous places like South Sudan, with barely any notice or chance to fight it. One man was deported to Mexico, where he had already been kidnapped and assaulted. Others are being flown to war zones.

How is this legal? How is this humane?

Deportation should not be a death sentence. No one should be secretly flown into danger just to make a political point.

This ruling guts basic due process and ignores human rights. It rewards the Trump administration for breaking the law and endangers thousands of lives.

We must not let this stand. SCOTUS, make the right decision.
