A huge thank you for your support to the campaign. I would like to let you know that we have a Facebook Group called UsForThem Scotland Early Years where we support each other in the challenges we are facing and where we share issues, developments and research. 

We can see some positive shifts:

• 11 Councils (out of 32) have committed to providing 1140 hours fully and 8 partially (ie. in some settings but not others, some  to a capacity of 75%).  
• Bruce Adamson, the Children and Young People's Commissioner, has been speaking out about the urgent need to respect children's rights and focus on children's wellbeing (mental and physical)
• We had first media attention on BBC Radio Scotland programme with Kaye Adams. If you missed it, you can tune in retrospectively on BBC Sounds: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m000ktjm

We have made huge progress in the space of one week with over 2100 signatures, over 650 FB Group members and a BBC interview. When people make their voices heard we can see democracy in action. We can do this!
