We are calling for the Scottish government to open access to community team sports for teenagers and young adults. Sport is vital to the health and wellbeing of young people and outdoor sport has a negligible effect on COVID transmission.  Continued restrictions are having a detrimental effect on the mental health of young people and many will have lost the habit of physical exercise. Please act now to help us reverse a crisis that will be a scar on generations to come.

The Parent Community Sports Trust is a charity (SC044806) based in Glasgow. We promote healthy living and the strengthening of communities through sport. We do this primarily through our sports club, BSC Glasgow. The club was set up in 2004 to be a healthy outlet and stabilising force for young people in our community.
