Scotland, that is part of the United Kingdom should have the same road speeds as England and Wales to eliminate confusion for National and International road users.

The same vehicles, road surface construction and driving test is used in all of the UK countries so this petition is the raise HGV maximum speeds on Scotland’s Single and Dual carriageways in line with England and Wales!!
