Please sign this petition if you agree that ICTs James Keatings red card against Rangers Colts is a great injustice and has to be rescinded . If you watch the replay it is such a blatant foul by the Colts player that this is the only fair decision . James will miss the final the way things stand .ICT have had appeal refused but it can’t be left at that as this is someone’s career being affected by pure cheating and incompetence. Thank you.
