After the fan disorder at the end of the Scottish Cup Final at Hampden where Rangers players and officials were attacked by fans of Hibernian FC therefore then the strongest possible sanctions must be imposed before someone is maimed or killed at a Scottish Football match. There can be no place for this behaviour or seen to be condoned by non action.
