Petition Not Yet Accepted

Hi everyone, To update that this petition was submitted for attention of the Audit and Scrutiny Committee on 27th Feb. Unfortunately, as the decision on the welfare benefits service was taken within the last 6 months they cannot accept the petition until August. We have requested confirmation that we can submit the same petition again and do not require to create a fresh one - we will share that when we hear. In the meantime, if you are having difficulties in getting welfare benefits support, including accessing the SBC Financial Inclusion Officers or in getting the right advice from the SBC customer services phone number, please let us know by emailing admin@borderscarevoice.org.uk.
