Josh Saunders with 4 years dedicated service to Wendys as an employee was recently sacked due to complaints by a third party.

The complainant also engaged in YouTube cyberbullying of Mr Saunders, who suffers with the debilitating Aspergers Syndrome condition.

Wendys Code of Conduct states : "Wendy’s [...] Remain keenly aware of the benefits it and its employees receive from participating in any activities that improve the health, well-being, education and culture of the community. Being partners with our communities, we have a responsibility to support and share in the development of social and civic activities to enhance our quality of life."

We the undersigned testify that the complaints Wendys received were unfounded and based on falsehoods as an independent investigation would confirm. Josh greatly valued his job and losing it is not only unjust but has far reaching effects on his health and well-being. Josh is known as a committed employee for Wendys and Wendys and Josh both benefit from his participation in the company.

Wendys : Please re-instate Josh Saunders with immediate effect.
