The problem is simple, two people make a child and after unfortunate circumstances including a divorce, or break up one parent is always left with minimal time with their children. My petition and cause are to simply give equal rights to both parents with out tying up both court room time and family finances just to get to "visit" your child. I believe moms and dads are equally important and both have a very important role and responsibility to their kids. Please help me in supporting and signing this petition to get legislation to fix this ever common problem in our judicial system.
