State Rep. Jesse Kremer and state Sen. Devin LeMahieu have introduced a bill that would repeal the current UW gun ban, and will allow individuals with a concealed weapon license carry their guns inside the buildings and classrooms of Wisconsin’s public universities and colleges.

UWM spokesman Tom Luljak and local government officials have made public statements against this bill. NOW, it is our turn as UW-Milwaukee students, faculty, staff, and parents to make our statement.
