To whom it may concern.. There's a bill getting ready to be voted on regarding dependent children stipend being cut. This decision was made without thought for its effects on single parents of college students that depend on this to help pay for books, fees and other expenses that come about during the most memorable years of a child's life. As a Soldier I'm voicing my concerns because often times decisions are made without our input of these changes that effect us and our families.
