We finished presentation of all the witnesses for DeSoto County last night about 8:00 p.m.  Today the City of Hernando will put its witnesses on. I expect the City of Hernando to have two witnesses:  Mayor Tom Ferguson and their planning expert, Chris Watson.  The Mayor’s testimony should be fairly short but Mr. Watson will take most of the day.  I expect we will finish the proof sometime Thursday afternoon.  If you wish to be heard by the Court as an individual objecting to the annexation you will need to be there when Mr. Watson’s testimony ends.  I wish I could give you a more definite time but that is simply impossible.  It could really be any time from mid afternoon to early evening.  Last night we were there until 8:00 p.m. and it could be that late again tonight.
