An off duty police officer stoned an innocent wombat to death. Since I don’t want to ruin your day, I won’t post the video, but video or not, this shouldn’t be tolerated. Signing this petition will only take a moment of your time, but hopefully ensure the justice for this innocent, furry animal. Australia has been working to ensure the welfare and safety of wombats for years, and this just isn’t acceptable.

I, and hopefully you as well, want to see this cruel deed punished. I am 11 years old, and I don’t want to live in a world where things like this happen.

So, fellow wombat lovers and humans alike, I ask you to sign this petition for justice. Demand that this police officer gets jailed for this. After animal activists worked continuously to stop the slaughter of wombats, a policeman, of all people, with his friend cheering him on and filming, stoned an innocent wombat to death.
