Tonight FourCorners has revealed much more of the background story to Kate's allegation against Christian Porter. Kate was ready to give a formal statement to Police but was prevented from doing so by Covid19 travel restrictions. The stress around that delay sent her into a mental downward spiral that eventually ended in her death. Kate will never get justice in a criminal prosecution as she was unable to give a formal sworn statement to Police but there can be some semblance of justice offered by an independent nonpartisan commission of inquiry that can look at all the evidence and determine what took place on the balance of probabilities. Kate deserves at least that much!
