The problem appears that in some states this is perfectly legal but yet in majority of states of Australia it is considered illegal to own and or purchase due to the firearms legislation.

The firearms legislation needs to be changed as it doesn't seem to make any sense in making "toy guns" legal in QLD and SA but not anywhere else in Australia. The whole law seems to be in favor for some states and not others. These are toys and made for sport, hobby purposes and are not dangerous.
