Legislate pricing conditions in remote communities regarding basic necessities

After spending lengthy periods throughout remote Australia; working in remote indigenous communities. It became apparent that the price of general necessities at local stores (generally privately owned by corporate companies) was outrageously high.
I call upon the Hon Ken Wyatt Indigenous Affairs minister as well as the government from all political spectrums to legislate to ensure such price hikes for all products can not continue.
The government must provide subsidies for freight companies as well as the stores in remote areas to ensure the cost of transporting said products is not at the expense of a minority group.
In turn, the quantity in most products is reducing however the prices of such products are increasing in every suburb in the nation. Legislation should also be implemented to ensure all suppliers/large companies of all products can not increase the price of a product but decrease the overall amount of product being purchased.
