There are many Ukrainian migrants in Australia, including my partner, who are watching the devastation in Ukraine, knowing that their families are currently unsafe. 

I’m scared for my partner’s mum, dad, sister and two nieces. We are anxious for their safety and feel helpless at our inability to help in any meaningful way.

We have the means to support them in this difficult time here, but currently there are no visa options that would enable this to happen at the speed that is required.

I’m requesting the government for a humanitarian visa to be granted urgently that would allow Ukrainian refugees to be reunited with and supported by their families here in Australia until it is safe for them to return home.
