For over six years Sandie Waters has been photographing various sporting events and school activities in the Stafford County School district as well as Fredericksburg City and surrounding areas. She has captured moments on the field of our athletes that parents are unable to capture. Her work is impeccable and speaks volumes. She has worked in the sweltering heat, rain and below freezing temperatures to capture these special moments. Sandie has also assisted with Senior Banners, individual photographs of athletes and contributed to the Stafford High School yearbook. Over the years Sandie has done all of this out the kindness of her heart and love of photography and with no charge to the school. Recently it has been disclosed to Sandie effective immediately she is no longer allowed to capture our athletes on the football field at any games. This news has devastated our school community and family. The petition is to remove the ban against Sandie Waters Photography and allow her the opportunity to capture our athletes on the field at all sporting events as she has in the past.
