Moab Utah's City Council denied the permit for the Scots on the Rocks Annual Festival held in town at the City Baseball Field in Moab Utah. According to news sources the city stated that it was denied due to noise issues. We the residents of Moab would like to see this decision overturned and have the permit granted to the Scots on the Rocks Festival and keep this an annual event in Moab.
