Aug. 2nd at 6:30 is the School Board Meeting at the park side building. If you do not attend Paula H. will no longer be here! Scot Engler failed to provide Paula H. an evaluation for the past two years 14/15 and 15/16. This is flat out failure of his duties, he is required to provide an evaluation every year. When he provided last year’s evaluation he gave her zeros and called her names in her evaluation. After Paula H left on sick leave he called various staff and administrators into his office and read her personal evaluation to them and expressed his intentions to fire her. Once the information was leaked he called everyone back into his office and threatened to terminate anyone who was caught discussing the subject. Paula has been cut off of all school email and all portals. Illegal. The board needs to notify Scot by Aug. 20th 2016 if they intend to renew his contract. That is less than a month away! If they do not take any action it will automatically renew Sept 4th 2016 and we will be stuck with him for 3 plus years. HE NEEDS TO GO!!!!!!
