PETITION FOR SSA TO EASE ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS. 

We demand for compassion.

We no longer want to be silenced while people are literally dying from the tragedy brought by Typhoon Rolly and Ulysses. We no longer approve of going by the flow while cases of the Covid-19 virus continue to rise each day. WE WANT TO BE HEARD. WE NEED TO BE HEARD.

We call for this 4-point petition for the administrators of School of Saint Anthony to notice, and take action for:

• Suspension of synchronous activities until November 20, 2020 to serve as a week of recovery period both for the students and teachers,
• Maximum leniency for the submission of ANY SCHOOL REQUIREMENT, 
• Rescheduling of periodic examination; and
• Lighter load of online classes for the rest of the academic year. 

This initiative is for the victims affected of different catastrophes in our country so that we may offer solidarity in these trying times that they need it the most. The plea for #AcademicEase is to pave the way for the grieving of multiple families who experienced the darkest times these past few weeks. We appeal in consideration of students and teachers who until now have no electricity yet, who experience poor internet connection, and above all, who are not in the right state of their minds to learn despite knowing of such tragedies. This not only serves as break for the faculty, staff and students but also to lend hands to the donation drives organized by private individuals.
