Dear Principal & School Management,

We are in receipt of your circular on fees.
However, we wish to bring to your kind attention that most of the parents have been deeply impacted by the current pandemic crises that has affected the daily livelihood of each and everyone of us. As you are aware in the present situation most of the parents are not being paid salary and finding it difficult to even pay the house rent. Many may not have jobs after the crises passes over.

It is our earnest appeal under these circumstances to consider our request of waiving fees for one term or even deferring payment for parents who cannot afford to pay at this time.
As a community school functioning for the welfare of the Indian community we are positive that the management will take a sympathetic approach in the larger interest of Indian students education needs by making concessions in this hour of crises.
As the oldest Indian school in the country with the largest resources built over decades we hope the school rises to the occasion of helping parents and most of all the students.

Kindly look into the matter with a mutually acceptable solution keeping the interest of the students in mind.
While the students and school are still coming to terms with e-learning education we would like to extend our support so that the process is further developed and the existing issues be addressed. We would like a separate forum to discuss some of our concerns on the teaching methodolgy as many students are unable to grasp the knowledge and information imparted.
Your kind attention to this matter is appreciated and we look forward to a mutually acceptable solution
