Hello everyone, hope you are having a great day! This petition's purpose is to declare the the Muslim Holiday of Eid a state holiday. Declaring it a state holiday would mean schools having to close down, businesses being able to close, and the state in general be aware of the holiday. Not only would Muslim students, workers, and overall people truly appreciate and benefit from this law, but so would non-muslim people...who wouldn't want a day off!
