recently addressed a problem of racism in our school along the lines of a white personal saying a racial slur. While addressing the issue he was talking to a person of color. Any normal human being would have understood and stopped the problem. Instead decided to say the n word to the person of color not once but twice. This is unacceptable and disgusting behavior not only from a Lake student, but from an assistant principal. With that being said a staff member using a racial slur should be taken away from his occupation due to his ignorance. This type of thing shows you how racially motivated our school is and it’s so upsetting knowing that people of color at Lake Local Schools feel unsafe going to administrators for help when they just throw slurs right back into their face. Lake strives for respect and the lack of respect  gives is foul. Anything of this measure should exempt him from his job as an assistant principal.
