Elizabeth the steam bus is the worlds only 3 axle steam bus that works full time for a living in Whitby Town from the beginning of March until November daily, Elizabeth and her family work extremly hard giving a lovely ride around the town to the loads of people who go there, many of them go there purely for a ride round on her, they get no public funding at all, all they ask is if t the Council will stop being so obstructive and being spoil sports and let them be watered up for only 12 days of the year free of charge without causing them grief. We need as much help as we can get to allow Elizabeth and her family to still run. She is part of Whibty and it wouldnt be the same without her being there. If they cant be watered up for just 12 days a year it means Elizabeth will be retiring.
