SC is one of the four weakest states in the nation on animal cruelty laws. We also have a very high crime rate relating to major crimes. There is a connection! People who abuse animals are bullies. When they gain power by " getting away" with abusing animals they usually go on to commit other crimes. Recently, a German Shepard was abandoned by a SC doctor in Florida. The doctor tied him to a pole with no food or water and left him there! What will this doctor do next??? We have to stop these cruel people, and stronger punishments could deter this! Please help!!!
