SBC. Devore stop inadequate care leading to suffering and death of all cats in their care
The Issue
21 cats babies moms died in transport to vet in July. Total of 37 cats killed in 3 days between July and August, now September today will be another bloodbath most are adoptable with medical waiver, meaning they have a little cold
Healthy when brought in. Animals die in their cages with no medical intervene. Laws are hard to change urging residents to adopt from devore is a necessity. Contact name my name is Gayle louise Panici my number is 7087176077 I just am shocked at the blackhearted So called Devore is not a shelter but a concentration camp , I am from Chicago a no kill state that encouraged tnr and colony caregivers .Not evil trappers for cats to be trapped and killed, no way out for these animals, residents have to be aware . Taking a cat to devore is death. I am shocked at all the needless heartless killing of sweet innocent cats moms babies they use a long needle with no sedation

No leash law, Incorporate tnr and colony caregivers, set up a rodent control program!
Open a cat cafe in San Bernardino, go no kill shelter like San Gabriel. You have 500.000.00 for netting so balls won't go into people yards, but will would not help the suffering cats, we all see where your priorities lie and what goes around comes back around. You all may be living the life of Riley right off the back of dead animals, and you can still sleep at night.
Just today they killed all of the ones early at 130 instead of 2 and they of them had a rescue hold and pull put in.
And they never answer their phones when rescues are trying to call to help the cats
it is extremely heartbreaking for concerned residents on the the treatment of these cats. One resident observed banging on the cats cages making them terrified to be labeled as rescue only so they can kill them faster the first on the kill list. They are treating the cats like vermin. Where I come from they have programs for cats especially ferals in the Cats take the Rats Program. Where residents and business place on their property with shelter and yummy food to chase the rats away. All residents of all counties have rodent problems, if devore stays the same with the cats having no right to be able to live a productive life with tnr in place and colony's caregivers and maybe incorporate a program for rodent control.otherwise I see an overtake of rodents in this county and residents will continue to be blinded by the cold hard truth! They didn't ask to be born, they are just trying to live , cats don't bother anyone but yet are the most tortured!
