New Leaf would like to install a 600 ft wind turbine at 109 Brandy Brook Road in Ellenburg Center New york. This wind turbine will be much taller than our current turbines. The noise and Shadow effect / strobe lighting will be much more significant than our current wind turbines. This will affect us 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This turbine is extremely close to our residential area and the Adirondack park.

The placement of this turbine will also affect our bats,honey bees and all of our pollinators that use vibrations to communicate. It is very possible we will lose our bees and our bats which are a huge part of our ecosystem.

Please sign this petition expressing your concern and saying "No" on the placement of a wind turbine that is much too large to be installed so close to a residential area.

We are not against wind energy, but putting a turbine this close to so many people's homes is not the way to go.
