A big thank you to the local neighbors who asked me to come and speak about the details surrounding this illegal land disturbance that has put our homes, historical structures, state protected river (Mulberry River) and area in harms way.   This petition is so much more than a pending rezoning hearing... This petition is here to take a stance in response to the deceptive business practices completed by Drapac Capital and their US Subsidiary Company St. Bourke, along with Pulte Homes and Brent Scarbourgh. 

It is our responsibility to educate our fellow neighbors about this pending project before this reaches the "Public Rezoning" Stage of the process.
