Recently, the hot weather has had all of us complaining about the unbearable heat all day, distracting us from learning and concentrating. 

This petition will be partnered with multiple efforts from myself to first allow boys at my sixth form to wear shorts- (bearing in mind that girls are able to wear skirts, shorts and dresses). I then hope to introduce a "gender neutral" dress code that encourages a more inclusive learning environment. 

For now, I have resorted to wearing a skirt to school, as girls are allowed to wear these, and it is blatant sexism not to allow me to wear this.
