Please join us in asking our the North Little Rock City Council to STOP USING PESTICIDES. Please sign this petition if you live in the city of North Little Rock, and we will share the signatures and this request with our representatives at the next meeting on May 27 or the following meeting in June. 

We request the North Little Rock City Council to stop spraying herbicides to kill grass and plants on the side of roadways. These chemicals are harmful for wildlife and pollinators. The bee and butterfly population is suffering because of these chemicals and in addition, the local groundwater and runoff can become contaminated.

We ALSO request the North Little Rock City Council to stop the practice of mosquito fogging. The chemicals in these foggers are unpleasant, harmful to wildlife and pollinators, and can contaminate backyard gardens, community gardens and other public spaces.
