The fight continues to reject the proposed development of the golden arches in Balgowlah.

McDonalds have re-submitted the DA with some minor changes:

1. Slightly smaller lighting and signage

2. Operating hours 0500-0000

3. A roundabout to be installed at the intersection of Roseberry Street and Hayes Street for customers to do a U-Turn on Roseberry Street to get enter the carpark.

Their submission states that traffic, litter, noise and crime won't be an issue.

Please make a submission to the council even if you have already.

Previous submission are still valid.
