The link below is to the letter our lawyer wrote and sent to OREA this week, on behalf of the membership, regarding the mandatory nature of the ORWP. 

I, for one, am thrilled to have the truth laid bare for the first time. Without the emotion that we all have had while writing our own letters, kudos to our counsel for exposing the cold hard truth with such a straight foward and matter of FACT ease.

This letter addresses Mr. Chisholm’s opinions about possible legal risks from implementation of the mandatory ORWP and reflects the concerns that some of our colleagues have. No proceedings have been commenced or legal determinations reached.
