We want a manager with long term vision like Sir Alex Ferguson. Louis Van Gaal has proved that in the past. We have already made a mistake by sacking David Moyes who had a vision but suffered due to injury and lack of transfers. He wanted Bale & Herrera but unfortunately Bale joined Real and Herrera joined after he was sacked. So please don't repeat the same mistake again. Look at the records below and don't commit this mistake. We are the creators don't damage our clubs image. If you really want to sign somebody then look for a long term manager or atleast give Ryan Giggs a chance to prove himself but if you bring in Mourinho all the academy graduates will be sold or loaned out which is unacceptable.

LONGEVITY & HONOURS:

Van Gaal has won the league titles in Netherlands, Spain and Germany with International experience on his CV and one UEFA Champions League. He has proved himself as a long term manager at Ajax and would have proved it at Camp Nou but the board never game him the time he needed. Maybe that's how Spanish football works. Although his transfer strategy is not upto mark at Manchester United but he is making it work with all the injuries.

Jose has won the league titles in Portugal, England, Italy and Spain. He has won the UEFA Champions League 2 times but never proved himself as a long term manager at any club. His transfer policy has been the worst and few examples are Kevin De Bruyne, Juan Cuadrado, Marko Marin, Demba Ba, Lucas Piazon, Mohamed Salah, Filipe Luís, Ryan Bertrand, André Schürrle, Marco van Ginkel, Romelu Lukaku, Marco van Ginkel, Christian Atsu, Sergio Canales, Pedro León, Royston Drenthe, Nuri Sahin, Hamit Altintop, Leonardo Bonucci, Tiago and more to be added if he becomes Man Utd manager.
