There have been many changes with reference to the Barbering and Cosmetology license over the years and these are things that we as licensees should remember. There was the deregulation of braiding, the reduction of cosmetology hours, the deregulation of the wig salon and wig license, and the deregulation of the instructors license. What could possibly be next?
