3rd Quarter Update

Thank you for being a true advocate and assisting with the accomplishment of reaching over 75,000k signatures. This is great!  We are just around the corner from our signature goal and I feel extremely confident that we will exceed that expectation too. As the petition signatures grow in numbers, we will be preparing for a trip to Austin so that our voices can be heard. The committee hearing schedule is updated every Thursday and the committee hearings are held on Tuesdays, leaving a five day planning period.  There is no scheduled hearing date for HB 1705 at this time and the next committee schedule will be updated on March 14th so stay ready.  You can prepare by creating your signs, preparing your short reasons as to why you oppose HB 1705, and registering to speak at the committee hearing.
