NO TO GARBAGE
NO TO PARKING ISSUES AND TRAFFIC JAMS
NO TO NOISE AND AIR POLLUTION
The food stalls operate throughout the night, causing disturbance to the residents and affecting their sleep patterns. This is in violation of local bylaws and regulations that prohibit commercial activities during certain hours of the night. This is also a violation under Section 61 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963. The food stalls are set up in close proximity and have encroached upon the way to religious places in our locality, causing inconvenience to the worshippers. This is in violation of the rights of the religious community to have unimpeded access to their place of worship. This is inconsiderate and disrespectful towards the religious sentiments of the people and is against the principles of communal harmony

Request to stop Ramzan Mela in Frazer Town, Pullakeshinagar Ward, BBMP No. 78 as of Immediately and request for strict action to be taken against those who defy such an order; and to avoid giving permission to be repeated next year and years further.
We represent the voice of Frazer Town residence; wanted to bring to your kind notice the infamous Ramazan Mela which is gaining importance year over year which spreads across *MM road, Mosque Road, More Road and by-lanes of Frazer Town, Pulikeshinagar, Bengaluru*
Ramzan Mela has no religious importance and *NON OF THE RESIDENCE NOR MOSQUE AUTHORITIES ARE IN FAVOR OF SUCH AN EVENT* , we don't even take part in organising nor we take part in shopping, on the contrary we the residence, shop owners, people who pray during Ramzan are *GREATLY DISTURBED!*
The street shops have been opened by outsiders and people flock to eat here are also from outside, we have lost the serenity of our area and request your goodselves to bring immediate stop to such an event.
This event has put lot of *STRAIN AND DISTRESS to all of residence;* it's too noisy, cannot maneuver to go by daily works, it's stinks due to cooking on the streets, smoke emitted from cooking has polluted the air, law and order is challenged, garbage has piled up every corner, all of the areas are chocked with traffic, cars and bikes parked everywhere, seems like all the authorities have given a blind eye inspite of showing regular concerns,
We humbly request this to be actioned immediately in our favor
