Hello from the Perez Family. We have Iived on 1400 North Commerce Street, Fort Worth, Texas since circa 1940. Residents of 1300 North Commerce Street, and surrounding homes face losing their homes, street access, increased traffic and higher property taxes if commercial zoning is allowed. 

The Fort Worth zoning commission will vote on March 13, 2024 and the City Council vote April 9,2024  if this neighborhood will allow businesses to build next to homes which could be the beginning of the destruction of this traditionally Hispanic Historic Neighborhood.  Protect this historic neighborhood by signing to indicate "NO" to commercial zoning on 1300 North Commerce Street, Fort Worth, Texas.
