2. Separate Airport Waiting Areas: Airports can provide dedicated spaces for passengers traveling with pets, reducing stress for animals and owners alike.

3. Ban Cargo Shipping for Pets: Cargo holds are not meant for living beings. Ending unsupervised pet travel in cargo is critical to ensuring safety.

4. In-Cabin Solutions for Large Pets: Modular kennels or pods can allow larger pets to travel safely under owner supervision or care from trained staff.

5. Accessible and Affordable Options: Pet-friendly travel should not be a luxury. Airlines can introduce affordable, tiered pricing for these services.

With these changes, air travel can become safe for pets, reassuring for owners, and innovative for airlines.
