In the haitian community,  for more than a year there has been  an individual called KENLEY JEROME, who goes live streaming, on behalf of the LGBTQ, threatening people's life, discriminating WOMEN, attacking CHRISTIANS. 

SUCH BEHAVIOR GOES AGAINST THE AMERICAN MORALITY,  FOR EVERY HUMAN BEING ON THIS LAND SHOULD BE EQUAL.   

THIS PETITION IS A  DESPERATE CRY FOR THE GOVERNMENT HELP.
