We are being FORCED to pay an EXTRA FEE in our tuition bill!! The system office is forcing students to opt into automatic textbooks billing!

What does this mean for me as a student? 

When taking 15 credits, I will have to pay $281.75 to rent the course material for a semester. It is going to cost $18.75 per credit, regardless of the course material needed in the class. If I take a class that doesn't require me to purchase a textbook, I will still have to pay. If I do an internship or take a physical education class, I will still have to pay. Yes, I will be able to opt-out at the beginning of each semester (which is typically the busiest time of the semester for most students). Opting-In option will give me more choices for me as a customer and as a student. 

When will this start?

Fall 2024. So ACT NOW before it's too late!!

This will impact us now and in the future if we do not stop it. We are already struggling to make ends meet with the rising tuition costs. We must stop the rising price of education!
