Wow! It has been a huge month in our campaign to Save Arthurs Seat from The Ross Trust's massive new quarry.
We've gained more than 5,000 new supporters for our petition in the past few weeks. Thank you to everyone who has signed. We are incredibly grateful for your support.
As a next step we'd love everyone in our #SaveArthursSeat community to share this petition as far and wide as you can. We need as many people as possible to join our fight to save our remnant bushland and animal habitat. Now more than ever we need to come together to protect our last wild spaces.
In the news
This month we saw great coverage in Victoria's The Age newspaper and also in our local Mornington Peninsula News. We've also had our supporters calling in to discuss the topic on ABC Melbourne.
If you missed it you can read The Age here: https://www.facebook.com/theageAustralia/posts/10158547375506422
Make sure you leave a comment on their page letting them know that this new quarry is a big issue not just on the Mornington Peninsula but also for people across Melbourne.
Standing up and saying no!
