Some tenants have already been displaced after the owners of Unionaire Apartments in Tacoma, WA issued a 60% rent increase. They have until March 7th 2023 to sign a new lease or else be forced to move from their homes. 

Elderly, disabled, and low-income tenants are being pushed out of the Unionaire Apartments and need your voice to uplift Affordable Housing For All in Tacoma!
