Many thanks to all our supporters and the 355 people who signed our online petition.  We are delighted that the reporter assigned by the Scottish Ministers, Alison Kirkwood, has refused the appeal stating that "the proposal would have a detrimental landscape and visual impact on the green belt and on the visual amenity of the local area. It would also potentially have adverse biodiversity effects. I do not consider that the connectivity benefits of the proposed development would outweigh its negative impacts".
