Thanks very much to all of you for signing the petition to stop a 5G telecoms mast being built at Boylestone. 

Yesterday we were notified that NBNL Ltd have now submitted an appeal to the Scottish Government.  They will appoint 1 person, known as the reporter, to look at the evidence and suggest to Scottish Ministers whether the mast should go ahead or not.  They have the power to overturn the Council's refusal and we have no right to appeal if the Scottish Government approve the mast.

We only have 14 days to comment so need to boost our petition numbers as quickly as possible. This is our last chance to make our voice heard.
