Animal testing may have been used in the past to test certain vaccines, medicines, or drugs. However, in modern times with modern medicine, it has become increasingly unnecessary to keep such cruel methods of research in practice.

As a result of animal testing, animals such as dogs, cats, mice, monkeys, and more are left blind, injured, ill, or even killed due to certain drugs that are being tested on them.
