REPLACE THE CEO AT USA RUGBY

One of the world’s most popular sports is being threatened in the United States by its own leadership.  Rugby is the fastest growing sport in the United States. When most people hear the word rugby, a couple of things usually come to mind. First, it's too dangerous and second, the sport is old-fashioned and unpopular in today's modern sports world. Actually, neither could be farther from the truth.  During the last five years, the number of rugby participants has increased 14 percent year over year to climb to a total of 1.2 million participants throughout the country.

The past 9 years of leadership have not seen USA Rugby to the top echelon of the game.  USA rugby members have grown the game from the grassroots with little or no support from the governance.  There is an overwhelming feeling that the USA Rugby governance does not exist to support its members.  There is a fracture in men’s and women’s: youth game, high school game, collegiate game, club game, and national teams.  

We want to further the culture, leadership, education, history, and pride of USA Rugby.  If you want to see American rugby united, structured, supported, and known by the American public then there needs be a serious change. To do that there needs to be an executive change.  To do that we need your support by signing this petition to remove the current executive leadership and replace it with a strong new visionary leadership team.
