Our actions have resulted in the VOA making contact with the owners, something that they’d been avoiding doing, plus the latest statement from Simon/Neil says they won’t permanently close! 

Fingers crossed their meeting with the VOA is productive & gets their rateable value reset at a much more sensible level.
