Dan Schooff, former chair of the Wisconsin Utilities Commission, discusses his experience working cooperatively with Alliant Energy to adaptively reuse the Beloit College Powerhouse to create a beneficial community asset. 

As communities across the nation are transitioning to clean energy alternatives, more and more generating stations are being rethought to serve its neighbors and visitors. If other cities are reusing these industrial icons, then why shouldn't Denver, CO?!
