On Thursday, November 9th, a joint letter was sent to Mayor Johnston and Denver's City Council by Historic Denver on behalf of 12 Registered Neighborhood Organizations and 22 other diverse community partners that incorporate community advocates, environmentalists, preservationists, designers, and developers.
